Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m a Twin Cities-based Realtor who brings a personal touch to every transaction. Since earning my real estate license in 2019, I’ve helped clients navigate buying, selling, and leasing with confidence—especially when it comes to investment properties. As a third-generation property manager, I grew up learning the ins and outs of property maintenance, leasing, and real estate strategy, which now fuel my passion for helping others build wealth through real estate.
I’m also a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor and a proud member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, giving my clients a competitive edge whether they’re investing for the first time or making their next big move.
Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and mom who loves to host family and friends, tackle DIY home projects with my husband, and create cozy, functional spaces we love to live in. Helping others feel at home—whether it’s for a season or a lifetime—is what drives me every day.
